We were very happy to dive in and be the first customers! We order the Colin Blanche de Castille, Blanc de Blanc 1er Cru Brut which is 100% chardonnay and it is a top bottle of fizz. Dry and flavorful with an refreshing and satisfying bouquet. Yes, it is a good drinking bottle of french bubbles and perfect as a aperitif with some salted snacks.
