Tasting the Bubbles
Our good friends Stefano and Maude have set-up an operation to import champagne from France to the UK. We were very happy to dive in and be the first customers! We order the Colin Blanche de Castille, Blanc de Blanc 1er Cru Brut which is 100% chardonnay and it is a top bottle of fizz. Dry and flavorful with an refreshing and satisfying bouquet. Yes, it is a good drinking bottle of french bubbles and perfect as a aperitif with some salted snacks.
We enjoyed a bottle of the Colin with Michelle and David this weekend.
